Superb 142 m² apartment, fully renovated, located on the top (2nd) floor of a beautiful building at the entrance to Libourne’s bastide, on the doorstep of Bordeaux’s vineyards. Just a 5-minute walk from the TGV station and city center, 15 minutes from Saint-Émilion, 40 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from the Atlantic beaches and Arcachon Bay. The apartment is fully air-conditioned for summer and offers excellent Wi-Fi. Four TVs are available in the living room and all three bedrooms. The spacious kitchen is equipped to host 8 guests. There’s a dedicated workspace for those who wish to work during their stay. Three bedrooms: the first with two single beds and a TV, the second with a double bed and a TV, and the third, a master suite with dressing room, walk-in shower, separate toilet, king-size bed, and TV. An additional bathroom with a bathtub serves the first two bedrooms, and a separate toilet is located at the entrance. A mezzanine with an extra bed can accommodate additional guests; this bed is prepared only on request for groups over 6 people. The building has a private elevator. On-site parking (shared) is available, and street parking is also possible. One pet is allowed on request. Cleaning services and a private chef are available on request for an extra fee, payable on site. The accommodation is entirely private. Please note that events are not permitted.
